Our journey

Hope was conceived from Snigdha's passion for assisting researchers in writing research articles and assignments, a role she began during the COVID lockdown in 2021. As she delved deeper into this endeavor, Snigdha recognized it as her true calling and decided to resign from her job as a project scientist at ICAR NRCB Trichy in 2023 to establish Hope. Since its inception, Hope has grown significantly, now boasting a team of over 30 employees comprising both permanent, part-time, and freelance professionals. Notably, Hope prioritizes empowering intelligent and skilled women who, for personal reasons, are unable to work outside their homes. By providing them with opportunities to earn money through their expertise in scientific writing, Hope not only supports these women but also enhances the quality of its services through their contributions.
